Still searching for the missing piece?
You've done the research. You've tried the protocols. You may have even worked with multiple practitioners, joined online communities, and read every book you could find on Lyme disease, mold toxicity, or CIRS.
And you're still overwhelmed, not making calm, clear decisions.
Not because you're not trying hard enough. But because your nervous system has been running the show — and no one has helped you address that yet.
Maybe you're someone who holds it together on the outside but internally you're exhausted from managing the details of your recovery alone. Maybe you need support that's tailored specifically to you — your history, your body, your pace.
That's what private coaching is for.
Private coaching with me is built around the SID Method™ — the same Stabilize, Investigate, Decide framework used in the group program — but paced entirely around you.
While we use the curriculum to build understanding and common language, we work together one-on-one to identify where your nervous system is getting activated, how it's affecting your decision-making, and what specific tools will help you move from survival mode into a calmer, steadier state.
Sessions may include somatic body-based calming techniques, coaching around a specific health decision you're facing, or simply a space to slow down and think clearly with someone who understands what you're navigating — because I've lived it myself for over 20 years.
This is not therapy. It's not medical advice. It's a calm, strategic partnership designed to help you trust your body and your decisions again.
People considering a premium 1:1 offer want to know the basics before they reach out:

These are held virtually via video calls, making this accessible no matter where you are. We meet on a consistent schedule that works for your energy and your life — because I understand that chronic illness doesn't follow a convenient calendar.

These sessions are guided by what you need most in that moment, within the larger framework of the SID Method™. Some sessions will focus on learning and practicing specific calming and regulating techniques. Others will center on a health decision you're navigating in real time — a new diagnosis, a protocol change. And some will simply be a space to slow down, process, and think clearly.

You'll have tools and practices to work with on your own — simple, doable things that don't add to your overwhelm. This isn't homework. It's support that meets you where you are.
Private coaching isn't just about feeling better in the moment — though that matters.
It's about building a strong foundation you can rely on long after our time together is complete.
With private coaching, we build on the same SID Method™ framework as the group program — but everything is shaped around your specific body, your history, and your recovery.
Through our one-on-one sessions, you'll uncover the patterns that keep your nervous system activated — not just the general concepts, but the particular triggers, responses, and decision points that are unique to you.
We'll build a personalized calming and regulating toolkit based on what actually works for you, not what works for most people. And because we're working at your pace, we can go deeper into the moments that matter most — the doctor's appointment that left you spiraling, the treatment decision that feels impossible, the flare that shook your confidence.
You'll also walk away with more confidence in your own judgment. One of the most damaging effects of chronic illness is the way it erodes self-trust — you start deferring to everyone else because your body has become unpredictable, there is brain fog or panic, and your instincts feel unreliable. Private coaching helps you rebuild that trust, with a stronger safety net, one decision at a time.
The goal isn't to make you dependent on coaching. It's to make you steady enough that you don't need it.
Private coaching isn't for everyone — and that's by design. This is for you if:
You've been diagnosed with Lyme disease, mold illness, CIRS, or co-infections and you're overwhelmed by conflicting information and opinions
You've tried various protocols, programs, and practitioners, and still feel like you can't get out of survival mode
You know you're capable — but you're exhausted from holding it all together alone
You're making decisions from fear or urgency instead of trusting your own judgment
You're ready to stop spiraling and start stabilizing
Booking a 30-minute free consulting call to discuss your goals and plan a strategy is coming soon.
Before reaching out, you might have a few questions.
Here are the ones I hear most often.

Private coaching focuses specifically on nervous system stabilization and health decision-making in the present time — not diagnosing or working with mental health conditions or processing past trauma.
While my training is in Transpersonal Counseling Psychology at the master's level, along with body-based calming modalities, this work is about helping you calm and regulate your system, think more clearly, and move forward in your recovery with confidence. It complements therapy and medical treatment — it doesn't replace either.

That's a good thing. Private coaching isn't designed to compete with your medical team — it's designed to help you show up to those appointments calmer, more grounded, and better equipped to take in and evaluate what you're hearing.
Many clients find that stabilizing their nervous system first makes every other part of their treatment more effective.
Healing happens better in a calm system.

The group program offers structure, community, and a guided curriculum. Private coaching offers flexibility, deeper personalization, and one-on-one attention.
Some people start with the group to learn the fundamentals and then move into private coaching for more tailored support. Others prefer to start privately. There's no wrong entry point — just what feels right for where you are right now and what you want to accomplish.

If you've read this far, something here probably resonates. That's worth paying attention to.
Private coaching spots are limited because this work requires my full attention and presence. If you're ready to stop managing your illness from survival mode and start making decisions from a steadier, calmer place, I'd love to talk.
